At the helm of I Speak and Coach is our CEO, Todd Arnold, who also serves as our principal coach.  He brings to this position, a thirst for knowledge, passion for excellence and a life-long commitment of service to God, family, community and country.

 

Todd Arnold is dedicated to pursuing his passion for helping organizations and leaders around the world GROW and ACHIEVE EXCELLENCE.  He demonstrates this via innovative speaking and coaching platforms where he leverages 30 years of NASA leadership and management experience with a balance of leading change, leading people, driving results, applying sound business acumen and building effective coalitions in support of NASA’s most recognized world-class programs including Spacelab, Space Shuttle, International Space Station, and Exploration Systems.  In parallel with maintaining a highly-successful professional engineering and senior management career, he diligently built/maintained coalitions throughout Central Florida in high-visibility bi-vocational leadership positions within non-profit community organizations.  It is from that experience base that he is also uniquely qualified to offer speaking and coaching to non-profit executives including faith-based pastors and senior leaders.

 

Additionally, our CEO is a John Maxwell Company Certified Coach, Teach, Trainer and Speaker.  As such, he is officially certified to utilize and teach the world-renowned Maxwell leadership and personal growth methodologies. This is a huge benefit for our clients when Todd infuses proven Maxwell content and practical applications into his own I Speak and Coach dynamic workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching endeavors.
